Brownwood News –  John Allen, General Manager of the Brown County Water Improvement District #1, provides the following information:  As of 3:30 p.m. today (September 9), Lake Brownwood elevation is 1422.43, or 2-feet and 7/10th below spillway.  The lake is rising at about 2/10th of a foot per hour.
