Law enforcement reports released Friday, June 24, 2011

Thursday, June 23

*9:33am-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Irma regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that someone had stolen a purse from inside her residence.

*11:29am-Brownwood Police were called to a residence in the 1700 block of 3rd Street.  According to the report, the  complainant stated that a female who lived in the residence behind his  home had stolen a cell phone belonging to his brother.

*1:14pm-Brownwood Police dispatched to the 2400 block of Crockett Drive regarding theft.  A complainant reported that her cell phone had been stolen.  No suspect information was available at the time of the report.

*2:19pm-Brownwood Police were called to a domestic disturbance between a mother and daughter in the 1700 block of 3rd Street.  The parties were separated according to the report.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Michael Wayne Caraway for Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone.  The arrest was the result of the execution of a search warrant in Bangs, Texas according to BCSO officials.

Friday, June 24

*12:43am-Brownwood Police responded to the 300 block of Bluffview regarding several male subjects being very loud and possibly fighting.  This call led to the arrest of 24-year-old Lionel Harling for Possession of Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone.

*2:45am-Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy received a report of a man on the side of the road, near County Road 180.  As a result of the stop, the individual, identified as 43-year-old Rudolfo Reyna,  was arrested for Public Intoxication.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
