LUBBOCK – Brownwood Lion Peyton Sharp carded rounds of 87 and 81 at the Region I-4A boys golf tournament at Shadow Hills Golf Course to finish with a 36-hole composite score of 168.
Sharp placed 51st out of 95 golfers at the two-day, 36-hole event, held Monday and Tuesday.
Andrews qualified for a state as the regional championship team with 558 total, followed by runner-up Lubbock Cooper Liberty with a 581.
