Bangs ISD announced on Facebook Wednesday afternoon that all football games against Hamilton this week have been canceled.

According to Bangs athletic director Kyle Maxfield, Bangs’ announcement earlier this week of four students having tested positive for COVID-19 led Hamilton to opt to cancel the games this week as a precautionary measure.

The Dragons are slated to be back in action next week – Friday, Sept. 25 – at home against Hawley in the pre-district finale.
