JanetEoffFuneral services for Janet Gail Eoff will be Wednesday September 1, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Looby officiating. Interment will follow at the Eastlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Mrs. Eoff passed away Sunday August 29, 2010 at the Regency Hospital in Carrollton, Texas. Janet was born July 31, 1943 in Brady, Texas to Oscar B. and Stella Markham Johnson. She was a 1961 graduate of Early High School. On November 1, 1963 she married Wellbourne Eoff at Brownwood, Texas. She worked for the Brownwood Independent School District in the food service department for a number of years. Janet was a lifetime resident of Brown County. She was a member and secretary-treasure of a Brownwood bowling league. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Early. Janet loved taking care of her grandchildren. She also enjoyed doing word find puzzles, and playing games with her family.

She is survived by her husband Wellbourne Eoff of Brownwood, Texas, a daughter Jamie and husband Ronnie Patterson of Bangs, Texas, two sons; Jeff and wife Sheral Eoff of Weatherford, Texas, and Bradley Eoff of Bangs, Texas. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Joshua, Jessica, Dylan, Katie, Shayla, and J.B. Eoff, Alex and husband Nolan Buford, Evan Rose, Whitney and Lauren Patterson, Mandy Holmes, Tilleri Porter, and Jessica Waldon. And one great-grand daughter Aubree Buford. Janet is also survived by a sister Lina and husband Wayne Graves of May, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Alfred Johnson and wife Patsy and one sister Edna Mae Nelson.
