Earlier today, law enforcement received what appears to have been a swatting call involving the school. Law enforcement and first responders immediately responded to the scene and conducted a thorough safety sweep of the campus. Students and staff were safely relocated to a secure location while officers cleared the school and continued the investigation.
At this time, there is no known or active threat to the school, students, staff, or community.
We understand incidents like this create fear and concern for parents, students, and the community. We want to assure everyone that the safety of our children and school personnel remains our highest priority. We appreciate the quick actions of school staff, first responders, and cooperating agencies who helped ensure a safe and orderly response.
Swatting incidents are serious criminal offenses that divert emergency resources and create unnecessary panic and danger. The investigation into this incident remains ongoing, and any individuals responsible will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
We thank the community for their patience, cooperation, and support as we continue investigating the matter. Further updates will be provided if necessary.
