
The induction ceremony for Dallas Huston, “The Voice of the Brownwood Lions,” into the Texas High School Football Hall of Fame will be live streamed for those unable to attend in person, free of charge.
The induction ceremony takes place at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 9 at the Hurd Welcome Center on the campus of Baylor University in Waco . Tickets are still available at $50 for those who wish to attend, by clicking here.

Huston said back in October upon learning he would be inducted, “It’s a great honor and I’m still in shock. It’s beyond what I could imagine and it still feels to me like they’re talking about somebody else. I got a phone call from a good friend of mine, Jay Allison, and he and his wife didn’t beat around the bush too much. I owe a lot to Jay, including probably this award. It’s a great honor and I’m very thankful. I still can’t get a hold of this one. I’ve got until May, and it’ll probably take me until then to appreciate it fully.”
