Robert “Bob” Richardson, 90, of Brownwood, Texas, who departed this life on April 12, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on May 19, 1935, in Pampa, Texas.
Robert’s passion for reading was only surpassed by his unwavering commitment to his community and the principles of justice. His career in law enforcement was marked by integrity, compassion, and a sincere desire to make the world a safer place. He will be remembered not only for his professional accomplishments but also for the warmth and kindness he shared with everyone he met.
Robert, known affectionately to family and friends as “Bob,” was a man of remarkable character. He possessed a keen intellect and a deep appreciation for literature, often finding solace and joy in the pages of a good book. His adventurous spirit was only matched by his playful nature, as he was known to be a spirited prankster, bringing smiles and laughter to those around him. Bob had an uncanny ability to find humor in everyday moments, and his infectious laughter will linger in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Bob is survived by his son, David Richardson and wife Donna Richardson, daughter Charlotte Parrack and husband Roy Parrack; he is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, James Richardson and Ruby Richardson, and his loving wife Charlene Richardson.
