“Four things come not back…. the spoken word, the sped arrow, time past, and the neglected opportunity.” Omar Ibu Al Halif wrote those words hundreds of years ago, and Victoria Kashe’ lived them.

Victoria deChristi Kashe’ age 76, of Midland, passed away on April 2, 2025. A graveside service for Victoria will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, April 7, at Eastlawn Memorial Park in Early. Arrangements are under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home.
Victoria deChristi Kashe’ was born on April 4, 1948 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. During her lifetime, she also lived in Louisiana, Kansas, Missouri, Oregon, Nevada, Colorado, Alaska, and Texas. Her paternal heritage was White Russian, and maternal was Scots-Irish.
She was a flight attendant with an international airline, a private investigator, a model, and managing editor of a business magazine. Ms.
Kashe’ began college at age 45, and graduated with honors four years later with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She also owned three clothing design companies, worked as costumer and wardrobe manager in motion pictures and television commercials, and appeared in both mediums as an extra.
Victoria Kashe’ designed videos and greeting cards as well as soft–sided luggage and bird houses, authored three novels, and was a certified scuba diver. Additionally, she was a poet, a songwriter, a zoo volunteer, and a wedding gown alteration specialist. But foremost, Victoria was an artist, producing original works in silver, hand-tooled leather, ceramics, and her stained-glass windows and other glass items were sold through a Fort Worth art gallery.

Victoria was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister and brother.

In lieu of flowers, the Victoria asks that donations be made to the Texas Pythian Home in Weatherford, Texas, where Ms. Kashe’ spent part of her early childhood. Online condolences, memories and tributes can be made to the family at www.heartlandfuneralhome.net
