The Brownwood Area Community Garden will sponsor a “Gathering at the Garden” on Saturday, May 10th from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.  The event will be hosted by Steves’ Market and Deli.

Organizers invite the public to join them in a “magical” evening of fine food, music and fun, under the stars in the Garden.  Featured will be Debra Mathis on piano.

Tickets are available for $50 by advance purchase only by calling 325-641-9029.  Proceeds benefit the Brownwood Area Community Garden.

The Brownwood Area Community Garden is a non-profit organization, founded in 2009, and established primarily to grow fresh produce to feed the hungry, but also to provide space for area residents wishing to garden using natural methods.  The Garden also presents a variety of educational programs and provides internships and job-training opportunities.
