Paul William Perry, Jr.

Paul William Perry, Jr., age 58, of Del Rio, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 12, 2023 in Del Rio. Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, May 16 at Heartland Funeral Home. A graveside service for Paul will be held at 10AM on Wednesday, May 17 at Eastlawn Memorial Park.

Paul was born on October 6, 1964 to Paul William Perry Sr., and Anita Sanchez in San Antonio. He graduated High School from Del Rio in the class of 1984. After high school, he attended Tarleton State University. Paul worked for Ron Jackson State Juvenile Correction facility in Brownwood for many years. Throughout his life, he attended multiple Christian Churches in Del Rio and Brownwood. Paul was a die-hard fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He was a gun collector and loved his guns with a passion.

Paul is survived by his children, Paul William Perry III and wife Kristen, Michael Anthony Perry and wife Natasha, and Laken Marie Soriano and husband Moises; 5 grandchildren, Guinevere, Genevieve, Arie, Charlie, and Paul Perry IV; brothers and sisters, Beatrice and Thomas Hernandez, Walter and Elida Perry, Jeannette Perry and Robert Bloomberg, Terry Lee Perry, and Javier Dominguez. He is also survived by Azineth Castillo and her family; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul William Perry Sr. and Anita Sanchez.
