Local historians Frank Hilton and Clay Riley have compiled a new CD entitled “Brown County Texas Timeline, 1838-2013.”  The timeline CD contains 62 pages and 85 black and white photos of events that happened in Brown County from 1838 to 2013.

The CD is on sale at the Brownwood Local History and Genealogy Branch Library, as well as the Brown County Museum of History during their normal business hours for $10. All profits from the $10 sale of the CD benefit the Pecan Valley Genealogical Society (PVGS).  Please visit the library and museum to purchase a copy of the CD and support the PVGS.
