As the Early Police Department continues their search for a suspect in the July 12th armed robbery of a convenience store, they released the video surveillance of the robbery.

According to Chief David Mercer, at approximately 1:13 AM Friday, July 12th, a male subject went into Food Plaza at 1300 Early Blvd armed with a dark colored semi-automatic handgun. The suspect held the clerk at gunpoint and left with an undetermined amount of cash and cigarettes from the store.

The male suspect was wearing a black or dark blue hoodie and pants, possibly a red shirt and white rimmed sunglasses and a blue bandana with white designs on the bandana.
