TO DISCUSS, CONSIDER, ADVISE AND\OR FORMAL ACTION IN THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
1. Call to Order
2. Pledge of Allegience
3. Invocation
4. Approval of Minutes: Regular meeting, June 12, 2012;
5. Approval of claims and accounts;
6. Approval of Investment and Financial Reports;
7. Citizen Presentations: Any citizen desiring to address the Board of Directors regarding a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time. The Board of Directors may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Board of Directors respectfully requests that prior to addressing the Board, each person submit a citizen presentation form located in the entrance to the lobby, stating your name, address, and topic of presentation. All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.
8. Review District’s Statement of Investment Strategy and Funds Investment Policy:
9. Approve Resolution of Employer regarding vesting schedule for District’s 401a retirement plan;
10. Discuss and take necessary action regarding water contracts & fees for waterfront property owners;
11. Discuss and take necessary action regarding discontinuation of service through irrigation
lateral 11;
12. Consider adoption of 2012/2013 fiscal year budget and set treated and untreated water rates;
13. Executive Session – The Board shall convene into a closed executive session pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Local Government Code to discuss personnel matters regarding replacement of the District’s Senior Lake Patrolman;
14. Consider filling the position of District’s Senior Lake Patrolman position:
15. General Manager Report regarding:
a. Current lake levels;
b. Drought conditions;
b. Water treatment plant.
