The Early Longhorns were shut out Friday night on the road 56-0 by Clyde.
The Longhorns were held to 101 yards of total offense to Clyde’s 317. Early falls to a 2-6 record on the season and goes to 2-2 in district play.
The Longhorns will play Merkel at home next week and will be looking for a much needed win to keep any playoff hopes alive.
