The American Legion Post 196 recently donated $3,200 for scholarships to six Brownwood High School students. Receiving the American Legion Achievement Awards were Brenley Duncan and Kyle Recolizado; American Legion Girls State Nominees Amy Montanna Ramsey and Deechaleune Vigo; and American Legion Boys State Nominees Aiden Oplotnik and Cooper Morgan.
