The City of Brownwood and the Brownwood Municipal Development District (BMDD) announce their participation in ICSC@RED RIVER, taking place February 17 through 18 at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio. This premier event provides a platform to network with industry leaders, showcase Brownwood’s unique development opportunities, and explore cutting-edge trends in the commercial real estate landscape.

As a growing community committed to fostering economic vitality and community development, the BMDD recognizes the significance of collaboration and innovation. ICSC RED RIVER offers a valuable opportunity to:
  • Forge connections with key decision-makers, investors, and developers shaping the future of the marketplace industry.
  • Share our vision for Brownwood’s vibrant future, highlighting our existing infrastructure, strategic central location, available properties, and attractive investment potential.
  • Learn from experts and gain insights into best practices for sustainable development, community engagement, and economic opportunity creation.
At Booth 125, the City of Brownwood team will be eager to showcase our current projects, ongoing industrial expansions, new national retail development, Brownwood’s business advantages, and tell the story of what makes the community “Feel Like Home.”
2026 will mark the 15th year of the City of Brownwood showcasing at the ICSC conference, as one element of the strategic plan to recruit new national retail businesses. ICSC will serve as a continued catalyst for further growth and progress in Brownwood, while building new partnerships that contribute to our shared success.
ICSC allows developers and real estate professionals to have the opportunity to connect with the City of Brownwood and Brownwood Municipal Development District. Attendees of ICSC can visit with City leadership at Booth 125, reach out to schedule a meeting, or contact Ray Tipton at rtipton@brownwoodtexas.gov, or Amy Whitmer at awhitmer@brownwoodtexas.gov for a customized property match list.
