The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Jessica Bonnie Wheat aka Jessica Bonnie Slayton aka Jessica Wheat, pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Kevin Duane Owens, pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest-Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- John Wilkerson aka John Raymond Wilkerson, pled guilty to the felony offense of Felon in Possession of Firearm and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
