Colon Zane Woods, age 60, of Brownwood, passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2025 with his family by his side.

Zane was born on October 3, 1964 in San Saba to Floyd and Wanda Woods. He married the love of his life, Loretta Woods, in Brownwood. Zane did farm work around Brown County for a number of years. He loved fishing and shopping with his wife and daughter.

Zane is survived by his wife, Loretta Woods; daughter, Christy Keller and husband Russell; sisters, Wanda, Deliyla, and Haven; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Cole Crowder and Bradly, Kristen Wright and Oliver Wright.

Zane is preceded in death by his mother and father, and one brother.
