The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Dusty Wayne Sutton pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Michael David Woosley pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence – Occlusion and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Jason Dale King II pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Reno Ray Zapada, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substane, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division
