FORT WORTH – The District 5-4A co-champion Brownwood Lady Lions soccer team tuned up for their bi-district playoff showdown against top-ranked Waxahachie Life with a 3-0 victory at Fort Worth Castleberry Thursday in a postseason warm-up game.

The Lady Lions (18-4-1) received goals from Alma Bernal with an assist from Braycee Lee ; Lee with an assist from Nylah Hall; and Jacklyn Lewis with an assist from Bernal.

In goal, Noemi Ceniceros recorded the shutout.

Brownwood will face Waxahachie Life (23-0) at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 20 at Godley to begin their postseason run.
