EDINBURGH – Bangs Lady Dragons Valerie Razo and Kasey Solis both placed seventh in their respective weight classes at the Class 2A and 1A portion of the Texas High School Women’s Powerlifting Association State Meet earlier this week.

Razo, lifted a total of 530 pounds – 205 in the squat, 115 on the bench, and 210 in the deadliftt – in the 95-pound weight class, while Solis lifted 750 pounds – 320 in the squat, 130 on the bench, and 300 in the deadlift – in the 132-pound weight class.
