John or Chris, as many called him, 64 of Brownwood, Texas, passed away peacefully, in his sleep Saturday, September 30, 2023.

He was born February 27, 1959, in Beverly Massachusetts, the son of Bobby Joe Inglet of Rising Star, Texas and Lois Sullivan Inglet of Beverly, Massachusetts.

Chris lived most of his life in Brownwood/Rising Star area and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Brownwood. Chris loved all sports but was especially found of our Brownwood Lions, Howard Payne Yellow Jackets and most of all (HIS) Dallas Cowboys. He attended many games with friends and family and listed and watched on TV every week. Chris was an avid bicycle rider and went into many places of business throughout town. The local merchants knew him by name and welcomed him in at all times. He loved doing word searches and listening to Rock and Roll and old western music. He will truly be missed by all.

Chris was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, inany uncles, aunts and cousins. Services will be held at Davis Morris funeral home of Brownwood on Friday, October 6, 2023. Viewing will be from 12:00-2:00, with services beginning at 2:00. Burial will follow at Blake Cemetery outside of May Texas.
