The following fishing reports are provided by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for the week of November 9:

LAKE BROWNWOOD

SLOW. Water slightly stained; 61-66 degrees; 8.05 feet low. Bass are slow to 3.75 pounds in 5-10 feet of water on jigs and topwaters early in the day, and late in 1-5 feet of water on the flats. Squarebill crankbaits and shaky heads around docks with brush. Crappie to one pound are slow on minnows and jigs on brush piles. White bass are slow on jigs under the lights. Catfish are slow on cut bait and perch

LAKE CISCO

GOOD. Water stained; 70 degrees; 7.93 feet low. Channel catfish and bass are good in 15 feet of water with live perch. Crappie are good after sunset using minnows in 20 feet of water. Report by Jason Miller, Lake Cisco Rentals.

LAKE COLEMAN

FAIR. Slightly stained; 67 degrees; 5.75 feet low. Hybrid striped bass are good on rattletraps and slabs. Crappie are fair with jigs or minnows on brush piles. Bass are fair on topwater, jerkbaits and crankbaits in and around vegetation.

LAKE O.H. IVIE

GOOD. Water stained; 65 degrees; 23.07 feet low. White bass are good with live bait and crankbaits. Crappie great with jigs and minnows. Largemouth bass are slow to good. Catfish are good on prepared baits, cut bait and live bait. Report by Concho Park and Marina.

LAKE PROCTOR

SLOW. Water stained; 62 degrees; 8.76 feet low. Fishing patterns are similar. Cooler temperatures have catfish starting to group up and the bite has improved from weeks past. Another couple weeks, and the bite will be even better. Blue catfish up to 24 pounds are biting on cut shad in 10-18 feet of water. Marking large groups along ledges and transitions.
