As part of ongoing efforts to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our fans at Gordon Wood Stadium, Brownwood ISD has released the following guidelines for students entering the stadium for home varsity football games:

  • All student ticket-holders eighth grade or younger wishing to attend home varsity football games must be accompanied by an adult ticket-holder to gain admittance to the stadium. Student ticket-holders will not be permitted to enter if only accompanied by another student ticket-holder.

  • There is no limit to how many kids per adult may be admitted as long as the adult ticket-holder agrees to be responsible for each child they bring.

  • All high school students must present their student ID to be admitted if no adult ticket-holder is present.

  • If a student or adult ticket-holder is asked to leave, no refund will be offered. Adult ticket-holders who bring students into the stadium will be accountable for their behavior.

  • If the above guidelines are not met, entrance to the stadium will not be permitted and event staff will help students make arrangements to be picked up as necessary.

The above student ticket requirements are also available on the Brownwood ISD website at: www.brownwoodisd.org/gws-student-tickets.

Football ticket pricing information for the 2022-2023 season:

  • General Admission varsity ticket prices will be $5 for adults and $3 for students (presale and at the gate).

  • Sub-varsity ticket prices will be $3 for adults and $2 for students.

  • Reserved Seating tickets will be $6 (presale and at the gate).

In addition, home varsity football games will again be live-streamed from Gordon Wood Stadium. Links will be provided for home and away games (as available) at: https://www.brownwoodisd.org/athletics.

We are thrilled for the upcoming season of Lion Football and Brownwood ISD remains committed to maintaining an atmosphere of tradition and excitement for all who attend games at Gordon Wood Stadium. With increasing crowd sizes and limited seating, it’s important we do everything we can to provide a safe and enjoyable environment. Go Lions!
