Harlan, formerly from Marble Falls with experience running a restaurant, hopes to open the food truck within the month, or as soon as a food handler’s class is complete. Harlan stated the food truck would be open “every day.”

The food truck with offer gourmet burgers and daily plate lunches. Currently the plans are for the truck to be open during lunch hours.

The City Council brought up concerns with parking in the area, and asked Harlan to touch base with nearby businesses ahead of the opening. The owner of Dragon Car Wash provided a letter to the council confirming his willingness to allow Harlan’s food truck on his property.
