The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Thursday afternoon regarding a felony court case recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith:
Octavian Marshawn Carlton aka Octevian M. Carlton-Torrez aka Octavian Torrez aka Octavian Marshawn Torrez pled guilty to the felony offenses of Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon and Burglary of a Habitation with Commission of Felony and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, he pled guilty to the felony offenses of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and Cruelty to Non-Livestock Animals and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
