Robert Nathan McBee

Robert Nathan McBee passed away on February 14, 2021, in Pleasanton, Texas.  He was born in Brady, Texas on October 31, 1947, to Elbert Raymond McBee and Mary Lue (Neal) McBee.

Robert is survived by his wife of 47 years, Lucy Anne McBee, sons Jody McBee, and Wade McBee and wife Kelly, 3 grandchildren, Robby, Gracee Ann, and Bo McBee, who were the joy of his life, his brother Ronnie McBee and wife Mary McBee of Brady, Texas, sisters, Betty McBee Buffkin of Lockhart, Texas, Glenda McBee of Seguin, Texas and Wanda Coleman and husband Ron of Eastland, Texas, one very special niece, Londie and husband Todd of Marion, Texas, sister-in-law, Joyce McBee of Brady, Texas, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, who all loved him.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Raymond McBee, Norman (Buck) McBee, Leon (Curly) McBee, W. G. (Dub) McBee, sister, Leonora McBee Walls, sisters-in-law, Nilla McBee, Lucille McBee, and one very special nephew, Norman McBee.

Services for Robert will be held on Monday, February 22, 2021, at Cowboy Fellowship, starting with visitation from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am.  Interment will be on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at 2:00 pm at Voca Cemetery in Brady, Texas.

Due to the new Executive Order from Governor Abbott, we are asking that everyone wear a mask during the visitation and burial. Anyone wishing to sign the online guestbook, share memories or issue condolences to the family may do so at www.hurleyfuneralhome.com.
