Three sentenced to prison in district court

The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Friday morning regarding felony cases recently held in 35th District Court by Judge Stephen Ellis:

* Bradley Ryan Horton pled guilty to the felony offense Theft-Elderly Individual and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Horton pled guilty to two separate offense of Burglary of a Building and one offense of Theft and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

* Luis Alfonso Perez pled guilty to the felony offense of Injury to Child and was sentenced to 35 years Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Perez, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, was revoked and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

* James Bryan Tawater pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

adley Ryan Horton pled guilty to the felony offense Theft-Elderly Individual and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
