Brownwood News – Registration is underway for the Brownwood Little Lions program.  The program is open to boys ages 4-9, as of May 1.  Each Little Lion will be matched with a Big Lion on the Brownwood Varsity football team.

The registration fee is $40.  With that, the Little Lion gets:

*** A T-shirt with their Big Lion’s name and jersey number on it

***  Entry in the Punt Pass and Kick contest in the fall

***  Invitation to the weekly pep rallies at the high school

***  Permission to be on the sidelines for home games

***  Permission to go on the field after home games

***  A social event with their Big Lion

***  A community service event

Applications can be picked up at the BHS Athletic Office, Jacobs Pharmacy, Weakley-Watson Hardware, Hibbett Sports, and the Heart of Texas Children’s Advocacy Center.  The completed applications can be returned to the above locations, or mailed to Brownwood Lions Mothers Club, P.O. Box 636, Brownwood, TX. 76804.

Little Lions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, as the number of Little Lions is limited to the number of Big Lions on the varsity football team.

For more information, see the BrownwoodWeAreOne Facebook page, or call Melissa Espinoza 325-642-2819 or Jennifer Cass 325-200-9856
