Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records. Friday, February 22, 2019

  • Traffic Stop / vehicle stopped for speeding. Further investigation found the driver intoxicated. Field sobriety test given and driver failed test. Shelly Revey arrested and taken to BRMC ER for blood test then transported to Brown County Jail for DWI
  • Fraud / 200 Blk Hillcrest. Forgery of checks
  • Domestic Disturbance / 500 Blk Early BLvd. 1 driver mad because another stopped in roadway for ambulance to pass. Drivers argued over law if required to stop. Law requires vehicle to slow or stop and pull to right
  • Suspicious / 300 BLk Early Blvd.
  • Juvenile problems / 300 Blk Early Blvd. kids hanging on and pulling on signs. Kids gone on arrival.

Saturday, February 23, 2019

  • Medical Call / 400 Blk Longhorn Dr. Lifeguard transported
  • Criminal Trespassing / 100 Blk McDonald Dr. caller wanted warning issued to subject harassing him
  • Theft / 300 Grand View. Offense occurred in Brownwood. Referred to BPD
  • Traffic stop / 1100 Blk CC Woodson. 1 occupant was wanted from another agency but computer system was delayed on the hit. Officer went to address 4200 South 377 where one subject tried to hide the wanted person. Tabitha Belveal was arrested for fail to Identify and hindering apprehension. The wanted person was arrested by another agency
  • Noise Nuisance / 200 Blk Park Drive. loud music coming from basketball court. Music stopped before officer arrived
  • Noise Nuisance / 1100 Blk Early Blvd. caller stated loud music coming from neighbor apartment. Music turned down

Sunday, February 24, 2019

  • Accident / 100 Blk Early Blvd. 1 vehicle ran off road. No injuries
  • Loose Livestock / FM 3100-Hwy 377. Horse loose on highway
  • Pedestrian stop / 400 blk Early BLvd. Christopher Tijerina had outstanding warrants from Brownwood PD. Tijerina was arrested and taken to Brown County Jail
  • Civil Matter / 900 Blk Early BLvd

Tuesday, February 26, 2019

  • Reckless Driver / South Highway 183-FM 2126. Church van swerving all over road. Officer unable to locate vehicle.
  • Civil Matter / 900 Blk Early Blvd. caller reported illegal gofundme account.

Wednesday, February 27, 2019

  • Structure Fire / Mistletoe Lane. Early & Brownwood Fire Dept responded. Shop fire fully involved
  • Theft / 115 McDonald Dr. Theft of service. Water valve tampered with and turned on and broke. Report taken.
  • Medical / 1300 Blk Eastwind. Lifeguard transported
  • K9 Agency Assist / Highway 279. BCSO traffic stop. Meth located
  • Agency Assist – BCSO call Runaway Juvenile. Assist search for a runaway
