Press Release – Howard Payne University was recently named among the top 10 “Best Colleges in Texas” in a list compiled by College Consensus and published in Texas Hill Country magazine. The list was created by combining student reviews with various publisher rankings.

Stephen Sullivan ’11, MBA ’14, director of development and alumni relations at HPU, said he was honored to see HPU recognized in the magazine.
