Brown County A&M Club’s Maroon & White Wine Dinner

BCATMLogoThe Brown County A&M Club will be hosting a Maroon & White Wine dinner on Friday, Jan. 29 at 7 pm at the Turtle Restaurant. The four course dinner will feature wines from Messina Hof Winery. Tickets for the dinner are $125 per person and can be purchased at the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce, Weldon Wilson Electric (4507 Danhil), or by contacting Steven Wilson at (325) 643-3110. Proceeds from the dinner will go to benefit the Putter Jarvis Endowed Scholarship Fund.

Maroon & White Wine Dinner Menu:

First Course

Pear and Parmesan Shavings over Arugula paired with Messina Hof Sparkling Brut

Second Course

Wine Soaked Spaghettoni with Roasted Mushrooms and Pancetta paired with Messina Hof Private Reserve Texas Zinfandel

Third Course

Choice of:

Wine Brined Turkey Breast with Hasselback Fingerling Potatoes and Haricot Vert

Or

Mirepoix Stuffed Beef Tenderloin, Bordelaise Sauce and Potatoes Duchess

Both paired with your choice of Messina Hof Merlot 2012 or NMPW Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

Fourth Course

Flourless Chocolate Cake with coconut hazelnut crust and whipped cream paired with a thimble of Messina Hof Admirals Reserve Port
