The Brown County A&M Club will be hosting a Maroon & White Wine dinner on Friday, Jan. 29 at 7 pm at the Turtle Restaurant. The four course dinner will feature wines from Messina Hof Winery. Tickets for the dinner are $125 per person and can be purchased at the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce, Weldon Wilson Electric (4507 Danhil), or by contacting Steven Wilson at (325) 643-3110. Proceeds from the dinner will go to benefit the Putter Jarvis Endowed Scholarship Fund.

Pear and Parmesan Shavings over Arugula paired with Messina Hof Sparkling Brut

Second Course

Wine Soaked Spaghettoni with Roasted Mushrooms and Pancetta paired with Messina Hof Private Reserve Texas Zinfandel

Choice of:

Wine Brined Turkey Breast with Hasselback Fingerling Potatoes and Haricot Vert

Mirepoix Stuffed Beef Tenderloin, Bordelaise Sauce and Potatoes Duchess
