Keep Brownwood Beautiful (KBB) is proud to have recently issued Craig Seger the Silver President’s Volunteer Service Award.

The President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) is the premier volunteer awards program, encouraging citizens to live a life of service through presidential gratitude and national recognition.

Keep Brownwood Beautiful officials encourage citizens to “take a look around, be inspired and take positive action that changes the world.”

The Silver President’s Volunteer Service Award is awarded to those who volunteer more than 250 hours a year.  Seger is currently the president of KBB and volunteers for many other organizations in the Brownwood community.  This is his fourth year to achieve this recognition.

Keep Brownwood Beautiful is a community organization focused on beautification of the city of Brownwood through maintaining several green spaces on city property with plantings, mowing, weeding and sprinkler systems.  KBB also organizes periodic clean ups at lakes, rivers, and creeks and promotes environmental responsibility and education through their recycling programs.  For more information about Keep Brownwood Beautiful, CLICK HERE.
