District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that two felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Tiffany Riggleman pled guilty to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Riggleman, on probation for the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, was revoked and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Herbert Lee Sanders pled guilty to two separate state jail felony offenses of Theft-Metals and was sentenced to 16 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case
