Ruben Garcia, age 85, of Brownwood passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at his home.  Ruben was born to Encarnacion Garcia and Elvira Cortez Garcia on December 20, 1929 in Edcouch, Texas.

Ruben is survived by his sons, Ruben J. Garcia of Granbury, Johnny D. Garcia of Brownwood, Jesse W. Garcia of Brownwood, Mack N. Garcia of Brownwood; and two grandchildren.

Services for Ruben will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.
