Monday, July 27

*7:20 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a property on County Road 405 near the Oak Point subdivision.  According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown person had cut the fence on the property where he keeps his cattle.

*10:36 AM – Brownwood Police were called to a property on County Road 344 regarding the violation of a protective order.  According to the report, the suspect had been calling and harassing the complainant and her family.

*6:01 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Vine Street regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, a child had been injured during the dispute; however, it was found that the injury was caused by the child himself accidentally.  The aggressor in the disturbance could not be determined and both parties were separated, the report states.

*6:58 PM – Brownwood Police were called to a residence on 3rd Street to assist Brownwood Fire Department and EMS.  According to the report, a victim of an assault was being transported to Brownwood Regional Medical Center for treatment of a dislocate arm after being assaulted by her live-in boyfriend.  Arrangements were made for the victim to be given shelter at a local domestic violence shelter, the report states. The suspect refused to answer the door of the residence when officers attempted to make contact with him, according to the report.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Michael Anthony Constancio of San Angelo on warrants relating to failure to appear/money laundering (Brown County) and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces (Tom Green County).  Constancio was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $31,000 as of Tuesday morning.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Christian Graciani of Brady on a parole warrant.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Holly Rudene Hudson McKee of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30-year-old Herbert Lee Sanders III of Comanche on warrants related to two counts of theft of metals.  Sanders was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $30,000 as of Tuesday morning.

Tuesday, July 28

*Brownwood Police arrested 40-year-old Lucy Ann Ogden of Brownwood on a surety withdrawal related to possession of a controlled substance.  Ogden was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bond as of Tuesday morning.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
