A memorial service for Linda Funderburg-Money, age 72, of Brownwood, Texas will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, May 3, 2014 at St. John’s Church in Brownwood with the Reverend Patricia Banks officiating. She passed away Saturday, April 26, 2014 in Abilene.
Linda was born on November 14, 1941 in Brownwood, Texas to Allen and Claudia Parker Funderburg. On January 6, 1961 she married Ben Money in Brownwood. She was a lifetime resident of Brownwood, retired from Potters Industries and was a member of St. John’s Church.
She is survived by her children Blake Money and wife Tracy of Forney, Texas, Allyson Prado of Abilene, Texas and Barry Money of Brownwood, Texas; one brother Allen Wayne Funderburg and wife Ann of Austin, Texas; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter Teresa Mobley and a granddaughter Katelynn Money.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to St. John’s Church in Brownwood.
