Monday, March 24
*4:51 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Avenue D regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the complainant believes someone tried to break into his residence while he was at work, resulting in his front door being damaged. The complainant did not believe entry had been made, as nothing was discovered to be disturbed inside the residence, the report states.
Tuesday, March 25
*7:55 AM – Brownwood Police received information regarding the failure of a registered sex offender to comply with his registration requirements. A report was completed for this information and forwarded for consideration of a warrant.
*11:51 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1800 block of Houston Street regarding harassment. According to the report, while investigating the harassment call, one party to the complaint stated that she needed to file a report for theft greater than $500 less than $1500.
*3:06 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 4600 block of River Oaks Drive regarding stalking. According to the report, a female complainant stated that she believed she was being stalked by a known male subject. The suspect had not been located for an interview at the time of the report, according to police.
*3:47 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of E. Commerce Street regarding theft. According to the report, a male subject had entered the store and exchanged some items that he believed were stolen.
*4:25 PM – Brownwood Police received a complaint via telephone regarding the need for a welfare check. According to the report, after speaking to the complainant, a report was filed by her request for assault by threat.
*4:28 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart, 401 W. Commerce, regarding drugs/narcotics. According to the report, the officer made contact with three males, and after an investigation 18-year-old Todd Mullins of Spring City, Tennessee and 38-year-old Phillip Dean of Colorado Springs, Colorado were placed under arrest for possess use inhale/ingest volatile chemical. The third subject was issued a criminal trespass warning for the store.
*9:25 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a location on US Hwy 183 North regarding a subject throwing a bottle at a pickup as it drove southbound. The suspect vehicle was described as a white SUV, possibly a Chevrolet Tahoe, which was traveling north, the report states. The only damage seen was a small dent above the door to the gas tank, according to the report.
*22-year-old Jeffrey Utah Baldwin of Brownwood turned himself in on a warrant related to motion to revoke/possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30-year-old Jonathan Shane Eisenhauer of Brownwood on warrants related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 and tamper with evidence.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Brooke Nicole Lewis of Brownwood on Mills County warrants related to failure to appear/abandon endanger child criminal neglect and failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram drug free zone. Lewis is being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $39,000.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Justin Lynn Weiershausen of Early on a surety withdrawal related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance. Weiershausen is being held at the Brown County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bond.
