Grand Jury Indictments November 2013

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoDistrict Attorney Micheal Murray reports that during the November 2013 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 33 indictments were returned against 32 people.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk’s office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Courtney Hudson Lockett: Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence

John Phillip Couch: Evading Arrest Repeat/Habitual Offender

Cary Colin Wolf: Injury to an Elderly Individual

Melinda Kay Crosby: Endangering Child State Jail Felony Enhancement

Kailey Shanice Adams: Burglary of a Habitation

Victoria Kathryn Holloway AKA Victoria Maly:  Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone.

Patricio Seballos: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Deborah Espitia: Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Ricardo Homero Hurtado AKA Homero R. Hurtado AKA Homer Richardo Hurtado: Possession of a Controlled Substance State Jail Felony Enhancement

Andrew Bradshaw: Possession of a Controlled Substance
