Felony Offenders Sentenced in District Court

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoDistrict Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Shannda Bond, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Cruz Salazar pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 9 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Autumn Alexander, on probation for the felony offenses of Possession of Marihuana-Drug Free Zone and three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Bobby Michalski, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Christi Green aka Christi Dean, pled guilty to the felony offenses of Theft over $1500 under $20,000, Forgery, Theft-Enhanced and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Amy Grady, on probation for the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone was adjudicated and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Stephen Shores pled no contest to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and Unlawful Possession of Firearm and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Douglas Wade Mitchell pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Mark Alan Hawkins pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Christopher Tajran Patterson pled guilty to the felony offense Delivery of Marihauana and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
