Brownwood TX beemanBettie Nan Beeman, age 84 of Early went to be with the lord on Monday, March 4, 2013 in San Angelo, Texas. Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 7, 2013, at Rochelle Cemetery in McCulloch County. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 pm, Wednesday at Davis-Morris Funeral Home, 800 Center Ave., Brownwood.

Bettie was born on October 23, 1928 in Rochelle, Texas to Benjamin and Sudie Allen and she lived in the Brown County area for over 30 years. She worked as a Telephone Operator with GTE and was a member of the Kingdom Hall in Brownwood. Bettie loved witnessing and spreading the word for the Kingdom Hall.

Bettie is survived by her children, Gloria Brown, and husband, David of Brady, Patricia Price, and husband, Vernon of Odessa, Vicki Perry of Brady, Ricki Roper, and wife, Tammy of Sanger, James Beeman, and wife Kathy of Skitooth, Oklahoma and Becky Parker of Fort Worth; brothers, Andrew Allen, and wife, Cleta of Brady and James Allen, and wife, Gladys of Houston; sisters Dorothy McInroe of Dublin and Barbara Fannin of Austin; 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Hestel Allen, Ruth Rickman and Bessie Lee. Condolences for the family may be left at www.davismorrisfuneralhome.com.
