Six students were recognized Thursday for completing the 21st Century Leadership Program implemented by the county’s Education Workforce Solutions Committee.

The 8-week class set out to equip students from Brownwood, Early, and Bangs High Schools to be successful by teaching them various skills to prepare them to enter the workforce.

The classes were instructed by staff from Texas State Technical College and the Brownwood Economic Development Corporation, as well as guest business leaders in the community.
