Services for Gaylon Rex Fletcher age 61 of Brownwood will be at 10am Tuesday, November 6th at Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel in Brownwood. Mr. Fletcher passed away at his residence on Saturday.

Gaylon Fletcher was born on February 21, 1951 in Gorman, Texas to Vernon Fletcher and Faye McMillan Fletcher. He served in the US Navy on the USS Lexington for 4 years. On July 4, 1975 he married Shelia Denise Fronterhouse in DeLeon. To this union was born a daughter, Aliesha.

Mr. Fletcher worked for Superior Essex as a wire tester for 35 years. He loved racing cars and loved time with his only grandson, Hayden Neal. Gaylon Fletcher is survived by his wife Sheila of Brownwood, his daughter Aliesha & husband Grayson of Brownwood, and a grandson, Hayden Neal of Brownwood. He is also survived by 3 brothers, William Fletcher and Gerald Fletcher and two sisters, Dorothy Bilberry and Patsy Mitchell. Numerous nieces, nephews, & great nieces & nephews also survive him as do three brothers-in-law ; Wayland Fronterhouse & Penny, Don Fronterhouse, Jerry & Connie Fronterhouse.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandmother Inez McMillian.
