The Brown County volunteer amateur radio exam team held a test session at the American Red Cross building in Brownwood at 10AM on Saturday morning, August 11th, with several participants in attendance.

The group will also be holding a technician license class at the same location from 8:30 AM to 12:30PM on Aug 18th, Aug 25, and Sept 1st. Their monthly test session will follow on Sept 8th at 10AM.

The Brownwood Amateur Radio Club holds regular meetings in the area and is always looking for new members.  They currently have more than 30 members in the group.
