An East Elementary classroom was filled with a true expression of love this Valentine’s Day when Jonathan Mitchell proposed to East Elementary teacher’s aide Mysti Lewis.

Mitchell surprised his bride-to-be by having the students, including Lewis’ daughter Jaelyn Lewis, secretly write the words “Will You Marry Me?” on separate sheets of colored paper.  After returning from lunch to their Valentine’s Day party, the students picked up the signs and lined up one a time facing Lewis presenting her with the question to which she answered, “Yes.”
