Funeral Services for Hazel P. Styles, age 78, of Brownwood, Texas will be held 3:00 P.M. Monday, January 9, 2012 at the Heartland Funeral Home with Johnnie Lawson officiating.  Interment will follow in the Clear Creek Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.  Mrs. Styles passed away Thursday, January 5, 2012 in the San Angelo Community Hospital.

Hazel Pearl Styles was born on December 9, 1933 in Lubbock, Texas to Earvin Lee Carter and Rosa Lee Simer Carter.  On, October 6, 1951 she married Billy M. Styles in Lubbock and he preceded her in death on May 8, 1994.  Mrs. Styles was a homemaker, of the Pentecostal Faith and had lived in Brownwood since 1989.  She enjoyed crocheting, embroidering and cross stitching.

                                    Marcella Carr of Lubbock

9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Billy Styles and daughter Kathleen Owen.
