Graveside services for Dalton Wayne Bond, 65, of Brownwood will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, in the Greenleaf Cemetery, with Bro. Ruben Packer officiating. Arrangements under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home of Early.

He died Sunday, July 3, 2011, at the Bangs Nursing Home.

He was born March 30, 1946, in Brownwood to Paul Ingram and Annie Mae Stembridge Bond. He worked for the City of Brownwood for many years. He was a member of the Victory Baptist Church. Survivors include his sister, Mary Ann Bond Alexander and husband Guy of Brownwood; and two nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ernest Lee Bond
