Howard Payne University’s School of Music and Fine Arts will present a senior recital featuring Elizabeth Bates, piano, on Thursday, April 28th, at 7:30 p.m.  The recital will be held in HPU’s Mims auditorium.

Ms. Bates is a music major from Grandview, Texas.  She is working toward completion of the degree Bachelor of Music in Piano Pedagogy and Accompanying.  Ms. Bates has been the accompanist for Winds of Triumph for 2 years and has also accompanied many soloists at HPU.

Ms. Bates will perform selections by Claude Debussy, W.A. Mozart, Franz Liszt, Sergei Rachmaninov and John Cage.
