Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, August 10, 2010.

Thursday, August 5

*At 4:59pm, Brownwood Police received a report of theft of a headstone from the 1300 block of Avenue E.

Monday, August 9

*At 10:28am, a report was filed regarding an incident of stalking.  Brownwood Police officers have been involved in the investigation of stalking at three locations:  500 block of W. Commerce, 2800 US Hwy 377, and 1000 block of Center Avenue.  The offenses have occurred over a six month time span.  A suspect has been identified; however, as of the time of the report, no arrest had been made.

*At 10:55am, Brownwood Police were called to a report of theft in the 1100 block of Clements.  Police officials state a woman had cashed a check at a local bank, and an unknown suspect took the money from her while she was standing in an alley outside the bank.

*At 2:27pm, Brownwood Police responded to the 600 block of Ash in response to a report of an assault.  After an investigation, 17-year-old Paul Allen Boykin was arrested for Assault with Injury Family Violence.

*At 10:23pm, Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Berkley Street.  Police reports state that during the stop, narcotics were thrown from the vehicle.  After an investigation, a male subject was arrested for Possession of Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone.

Tuesday, August 10

*Brownwood Police arrested 18-year-old Bridgett Michelle Hall for Theft of Property, greater than or equal to $50, less than $500.

*Brownwood Police arrested 18-year-old Esperanza Mindieta for Theft of Service, greater than $20, less than $500.

*Bangs Police Department arrested 28-year-old Albert Manuel Zepeda for Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance, Penalty Grade 3 <28g in a Drug Free Zone; Tamper/Fabricate Physical Evidence; Possession of Marijuana <=2oz in a Drug Free Zone; and Driving While License Invalid/Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
